Sheet metal forming, it’s one of those open-ended terms like “people of the world.” The very definition of sheet metal forming could be everything done on or to sheet metal by any means at hand. If you’ve bent it, rolled it, grooved it, sheared it, stretched it, or put a hole in, it have you not technically “formed” the metal in some way? So, our task at hand is to inform the public of what we have designated as sheet metal forming equipment since the category could be as “wide as the sea.” (See there’s another one.)

How About a Power Beader? Yep, We Got ’Em.
Folks, if you need to do a lot of beading, get yourself one of these! These power beaders are real “world beaters” when it comes to production beading. Our power beaders have a 13" deep throat capacity for beading and crimping of all sheet metal up to 18-gauge.
These heavily built machines have a back-geared electric ¾ horse motor and gearbox along with a steel horn and one-piece frame. Our power beaders are mounted on a sturdy metal frame with adjustable motor mount. The machine includes gauges and all spacing collars for all operations except flanging.
