JMT's AFD Flange Drilling Machines are designed using cutting edge technologies to be the pinnacle in CNC drilling, tapping and marking of plate steel.
The main body is of welded steel construction and all parts are heat treated for stress relief.
Material is loaded on the table by a ball feed, positioned by the CNC program, and fixed in place with hydraulic hardened clamping jaws.
The AFD 10 model is able to drill 1/4" to over 3" in thickness, as well as tapping, milling, marking with scribing and marking with a dot (optional).
