Forrest Mfg. Co. Model 636 Jacketing Shear
Manual jacketing shear designed to cut insulation jacketing to length.
Rolls of material up to 400 lbs. are supported by the roller cradle. The material is pulled out under the shear blade and cut by manually lowering the blade.
The shear is designed to work with stainless steel or galvanized jacketing up to 26 gauge, aluminum jacketing up to .032" thick, and PVC or plastic-type jacketing. The shear will also cut ASJ and other paper type jacketing materials.
